Rondeheim - The Norwegian mountain school
At Rondeheim, we play through the seasons with focus on a outdoor life for everyone.
Rondeheim is located at the foot of beautiful Rondane National Park. Here you will find majestic mountains and endless opportunities by foot, horses, dogs or bicycle.
We offer large cabins for rent, both full – boards and self – catering, suitable for groups of 10 – 60 people, solid bedrooms, large living rooms with fireplaces, as well as large dining rooms. We arrange active family holidays every summer, Easter holidays and other events on request.
In winter, Høvringen offers 150 km of groomed ski trails, you can choose between trails in the mountains, as well as trails in the forest when the wind is strong. Winter is a fantastic season and at Rondeheim we enjoy activities that are suitable for everyone and we do dog sledding, horseback riding, snow cave digging, snowshoeing, ski lessons and cross-country skiing.
As wonderful as winter is, we also find summer and autumn quite beautiful. We offer hikes to beautiful mountain peaks, mountain biking, rock climbing, zip – line, mountain riding, animal care, canoeing and orientation.
In our stable you will find horses, pigs, chickens, guinea pigs, goats, rabbits and a cat. In our dog yard you will find eager Alaska huskies who loves to cuddle and run.
